Absolutely. In fact it may be the best way as essentially Mysore is one on one. You will be given all the cues and help you need to start from whatever your level is at.

Mysore yoga is a traditional was of practicing yoga. Each student is taught one on one by a teacher. The student will be given support and guidance through the ashtanga system with individual attention. This makes it suitable for both beginner and experienced people.

No. in a Mysore setting you come whenever you can. Just come at least 1 hour before we close. So don’t worry, it IS NOT a 2 and half hour class. lol
