  • Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic system of movement that focuses on connecting the breath with our bodies. We do our best to practice 6 days a week to truly harness the power of this practice.

  • Mysore yoga is a traditional was of practicing yoga. Each student is taught one on one by a teacher. The student will be given support and guidance through the ashtanga system with individual attention. This makes it suitable for both beginner and experienced people.

  • Edmonton Ashanga offers early morning classes. In fact that is where we excel for you morning folks.

    But for the non-morning folks, we do have once a week evening Mysore Yoga on Tuesdays. Just in case mornings are hard for you.

  • No. in a Mysore setting you come whenever you can. Just come at least 1 hour before we close. So don’t worry, it IS NOT a 2 and half hour class. lol

  • Yes. Melissa is a very experienced Ashtanga Yoga instructor in Edmonton.

    Practicing Ashtanga Yoga since 2012. Her experience and ability to help all students is unrivaled in this city.

    The other 2 assistants have been practicing for 8 years and share the same passion.

  • We offer both in-person and online classes. This makes it accessible for students in Edmonton and out of town.

  • Absolutely. In fact it may be the best way as essentially Mysore is one on one. You will be given all the cues and help you need to start from whatever your level is at.
